Food hangouts & community

Keep food hangouts clear, respectful, and safe

AptEats is testing food hangouts as a lightweight social layer for buildings and neighborhoods. Participants should protect personal information and act responsibly.

01

Do not spam or create fake hangouts

Do not create fake events, misleading listings, scam attempts, or repeated duplicate hangouts.

Hosts should make time, shared location, expected guest count, and hangout context clear so guests can decide before joining.

02

Respect private information

Do not share room numbers, phone numbers, specific addresses, or personal information from other people without permission.

If a hangout link is shared through Zalo or Facebook, remember that recipients may not live in the same building. Hosts and guests should check context before meeting.

03

Meet responsibly

Hosts and guests are responsible for confirming the meeting context, pickup point, and whether the hangout is suitable before joining.

If you see an issue with a seller, dish, hangout, or user behavior, send a short description, screenshots if available, and related links to AptEats by email or Zalo.
